I was so very disappointed in this business after being a patient here for 15+ years. They wanted $1900 to replace lenses in 3 pair glasses that I purchased there <1 year ago. They don’t even do the work they send it to an outside lab. Far better pricing and value working with an online optical company. Maybe you need to get a better lab? You lost a customer today who has spent a great deal of money there these many years!
My wife and I have been going here for almost 7 years and always have great experiences, no matter who you see as your doctor. I just saw Dr Jacobs today and can't recommend her enough. The whole staff is friendly and they have their processes down, extremely efficient. I always leave feeling happy.
Dr Brady is awesome! He really listens and takes time during the visit to address any concerns. All the staff members are kind and so helpful. My daughter and I both think this is a great practice. Highly recommend Cool Springs EyeCare for your entire family.
I am editing and updating my review. Yes I was very frustrated with the staff on a follow up visit to correct my prescription. An hour after my appointment time I still didn't see the Dr. and not once did a receptionist/assistant or type of manager come out and at least apologize/update on an adjusted time frame. This should have been done at least after 20 to 30mins as a courtesy, after all, us as patients are the ones who help pay for whatever type of lifestyle they as employees choose to have with their income. I hope some difference in processes happens because of this, no business will be perfect all the time as we all are not perfect. I saw Dr. Robin Brady last Saturday and definitely appreciated they way he communicated, explained and corrected what I needed corrected. There is no doubt in my mind that every Dr. employed at Cool Springs Eye Care is exceptional in their profession, I have only seen 2 and no offense to the first but I would highly recommend Dr. Robin Brady. He is straight to the point, no doubt extremely knowledgeable and I'm confident you would be very pleased. Cool Springs Eye Care honored their guarantee and I am very happy with the correction and both my pairs of glasses, Thank you.
For management, I asked for a phone call twice before leaving on Nov 16th and It was not unit a few days after I called VSP to inform them of what happened that i received an email from an assistant manager. The next time someone reached out it was 2 weeks after when another employee read a review of mine.
Again I believe the Dr's at Cool Springs Eye Care are excellent in their profession and you will receive excellent care from them. However, my opinion whether welcomed or not, the front end of the business should have some changes with how management trains their staff to interact with their patients.

They took their time examining my daughter’s eyes. She’s 7. They were very patient with her overall. She dislikes eye drops, so you could only imagine how that part went. Lol. In the end, she’s getting glasses, and is very excited about it. ☺️
I recently relocated from Connecticut to the Franklin area, and needed an Eyecare provider quickly. I was having trouble with both my contacts and a heavy glasses frame I’ve been wearing for the past year. I have Sharp shooting pain behind my left eye, and frequent headaches. I asked a few friends about this office, and they were highly recommended. My eyes are important to me and the type of work I do for a living, so accuracy in my vision is a vital part of the work I do.
I made my appointment with one doctor and was asked to see another doctor instead. The reason for the switch was for two little kids and I immediately agreed to the switch. The Doctor I saw was Dr. Brady, and he made me feel comfortable and heard. This doctor listens and gave me a step by step look at my treatment plan as a new patient. He took his time to gather my history, he listened to my fears of a hereditary eye disease I have no control over. Long story short, he took the time to get to know me.
This doctor was a whole vibe! I didn’t feel rushed, and was pleased with the level of care, his line of questioning and the attention I received by him. I proudly recommend this office and Dr. Brady (in my experience) to anyone who has relocated to this area that may be full of doubts in finding a quality Eyecare Provider… search no more. You will enjoy this office; I walked away with new glasses, updated contacts… feeling heard, and cared for. Thank you Dr. R. Brady!

I have been a patient for several years. I am seen at least 2 times a year, and I purchase 3 pair of glasses a year. I pay my bill when I check out. They were going to send me to collections for $18, when I have an appointment in 2 weeks. The young lady that answered the phone did not really seem to care that I was upset by that. Just said that was policy and there was nothing she could do about it. She did not care when i
told her to cancel my upcoming appointment, as I would go elsewhere. .
Second pair of glasses ordered from Cool Springs Eyecare. They make it so pleasant and Meagan was especially helpful today! Not so easy to work with our Eye Ins (VSP), but they figured it out. Love the selection of frames, especially the Tiffany & Co, which weren’t any more expensive than midrange options. Also appreciate being able to drop in for sparkly cleaning of my specs.
